Vintage Halloween crepe paper DECOUPAGED on canvas panel and framed. This is a section of a vintage Halloween party banner that was heavily stained. I decoupaged it on a 20"x20" canvas panel. The damaged areas were hand painted and then sealed with a matte varnish. The frame is made from a composite material, and is ready for you to display.
