Vintage Halloween 5x8 Talking GHOST FACE Latex Green Grave Tombstone Toy Figure

  

Extremely rare Green Tombstone with a latex/rubber talking Ghost face. The ghost has three phrases it. (It also sounds similar to Winnie the Pooh's voice actor) 1. The 3AA have recently been replaced. The motion feature works perfectly.

The figure is roughly 8" inches tall and 5" inches wide, measured from the very bottom/side to the top/side. I've searched for hours online, and asked for help, but no one can put a finger on what company made this. The latex rubber used for the talking face, as well as the type of audio used, dates this pre-90s at the very least. Surface flaws to latex rubber include: paint scuffs, paint missing, discoloration. Sensor feature works perfectly fine, but that could always change in time! Keep this protected and take care of it! There is a small amount of sticker residue on the bottom, likely from the original price-tag. Please see every photo attached for a better understanding of the condition!
