Rare Vintage Hildegaard Haggins Witch Giant 2 Piece Halloween Wall Decor 32. I believe she is from the late 1990's but not 100% sure. The witch comes in two parts. Her hat and head are separate and both have their own place to hang.
There is also a hook where the hat can be attached to the head if that's what You prefer. I have searched and searched for more information about her since she is rather neat but keep coming up empty so there must not be alot of these out there. The structure of the witch is good. There are some chips and nicks that need to be touched up (see photos). The chips and nicks kind of give her a little bit of character.
