The circle that spins is somewhat stuck. It will spin around if you gently push it. It will then spin around 1 time, until you tap it again. Please look at pictures for details. Some of the railing is broken and missing from the left side. Some parts have been glued back in place, but to my knowledge nothing is missing. In whole still looks like a great piece to have, please ask if you have any questions before purchasing thank you.
