This fun Spooky Town piece is in good, working condition. All of the animation functions as well as the lights and sound work great. One of the roof spikes is broken off and so is one of the "Blood Tanks" on the right side balcony. The sign by the front door has been glued back into place as well. This VERY RARE piece comes in the original box with the styrofoam insert. The original Adaptor has been replaces with a three way split adaptor. The box and insert have some storage wear.
