The trash can with the skeleton, ice cooler, skeletons next to the ice cooler, mop, motel sign and vacancy sign have been reglued at their base. It appears that age caused the old glue to weaken causing these pieces to fall off with time. The pieces are freshly secured and repairs are not obvious at all as shown in pictures. LED Lights, AC adapter and switch function properly. Overall the house displays and lights up beautifully! We found no cracks or chips. Minor paint flakes either from age or from production.

No missing parts or pieces. Box, and styrofoam protector show shelf and general usage wear such as dirt. Comes as is, made, shown.
