Presenting Artist Joe Spencer's Gathered Traditions - Milliant Witch on Stand Gallerie ll. Milliant has an exquisitely painted face to include a mole on her nose and features that are iconic to the style of artist Joe Spencer.
She is a standing Witch decked out in a black dress orange & black spiderweb print vest with button & fringe and black lace overlay. She even has black tulle underneath to give her dress "fluff"!
Her hat is black felt and has a bow that matches her vest. She holds a broom in one hand BUT IS MISSING HER PAIL IN THE OTHER HAND. She is attached to a wooden stand.
She has her original tag still tied to her wrist. Milliant is approximately 21 tall. VERY GOOD Condition with only her missing pail and perhaps reshaping her hat to note. Please see all photos for best description.
