For sale is a Spirit Halloween "Frank-N-Cuted" decoration or prop. This decoration is working (talks and lights). I didn't notice any shaking, but the Spirit Wiki notes that this decoration has a weak motor and it's hard to notice.
The backing material is tearing and breaking apart from age, and it's face and other parts (latex) and also fragile. The top pieces have come undone from his head as well.
